A PURL is a custom website created with just one person in mind, the recipient of a specific email or direct mail piece. In a campaign where 10,000 pieces are mailed, there will be 10,000 different personalized websites generated. Each recipient's unique URL is printed on their mail piece. Not only does each website have a unique URL, but the PURL landing page can greet the recipient by name. Because each website is unique, we are able to determine exactly which recipients responded to the mailing.

An IVR is a telephone menu system that we personalize to each person on your email or direct mailing list. The system allows for easy caller identification and routes callers to the phone number(s) of your choice.

We also give the option to add a 'customized call whisper.' A call whisper is a feature that consists of playing a message to the called party. The message played to the called party conveys relevant information that can be of assistance to the answering agent, such as first and last name and current estimated payment.
